The Service

dillydally is a navigation app that suggests interesting detours along your route. We provide route suggestions and place information, but you are responsible for your own navigation decisions and safety.

Your Safety

• Always follow local traffic laws and regulations
• Don't use the app while actively driving
• Use your own judgment about suggested routes and places
• We're not responsible for the accuracy of place information or route safety

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Abuse or overload our systems

Beta Service

dillydally is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and the service may have bugs or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dillydally and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to navigation errors, accidents, or missed destinations.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
